The Indiana Academy


Governance

The Indiana Academy is governed by a Board of Regents, which is composed of the following members: three presidents of ICIF-member institutions, elected by the ICIF Board of Directors; three corporate members of the ICIF Board of Directors, elected by the ICIF Board of Directors; and nine Active Members of The Academy, elected by the active membership of The Academy.

Each year, one ICIF president, one corporate board members and three Active Members are elected to the Board of Regents to serve three-year terms. No member may ever serve more than three successive terms on the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents elects from among its members, for terms of one year, a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer.
