Through its Collaborative Services Initiative, The Independent Colleges of Indiana seeks to design participatory programs that will:
 

Reduce prices for services and/or goods through leveraged contracts
 

Improve the business terms and surrounding services with commonly used vendors

  Reduce duplicated effort of our ICI member campuses to research and implement new services and programs
  Simplify the processes of purchasing, thereby reducing the effort for our member campuses
Nurture an environment for campus collaboration beyond that measured in dollars
