ICI Counselor Tour: June 7–9, 2027
We hope you will join us as we explore some of Indiana’s finest, private, non-profit colleges and universities. For the Summer 2027 Counselor Tour we are visiting Grace College, Hunginting University, Indiana Tech, Manchester University, Taylor University, Trine University, and University of Saint Francis from June 7 to 9. You’ll also be able to meet with representatives from other ICI campuses at an evening social hosted during the tour.
This tour will provide invaluable opportunities for professional development and relationship-building within the counseling community. Whether you’re a seasoned counselor or new to the field, we encourage you to sign up to receive updates on our planning.

FAQs
How much does it cost to participate?
ICI covers all costs of lodging and transportation during the tour (as well as lodging Sunday night before, if necessary), but you are responsible for the costs of your own transportation to Indianapolis initially and from it after the tour ends. Spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Where does the tour begin and end?
The tour will begin and end at Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport Hotel. This location offers convenient access for both in-state and out-of-state participants and includes parking for those driving in. More detailed arrival and departure information will be shared with registered participants closer to the tour date.

When does the tour end on Wednesday?
We expect to return to Indianapolis no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
Can I have a single room or do I need to share?
Rooms are typically assigned as double occupancy to keep costs reasonable. We will accept rooming requests at a later date. If you prefer a single room, there will be a fee to offset the associated costs. You will have the opportunity to request this when we collect rooming preferences at a later date.
Are meals provided during the tour?
Yes, all meals are included. Breakfast will be provided at the hotel or campus locations, while lunch, dinner, and snacks will be arranged by the campuses we visit.
What is the cancellation policy?
While this tour is free for participants, lodging and other tour arrangements are made in advance and may not be refundable to ICI. To be mindful of these expenses and to allow others to participate, please notify us as soon as possible if you have any changes after registering to attend.
